programs, etc.
West Chapel Items:

Dressing Room: A dressing room is provided for each the bride and the groom
if renting the Main Chapel. If renting the West Chapel, there is one room
available for you to use as needed (whether a prep room or a storage room for
personal belongings).
Please ask to see them the night of your rehearsal.

You Provide The Following:
• Flowers See guidelines
• Pew decorations
Approved pew clips can be purchased through the chapel office.
See photo for pew dimensions.
• Aisle runner See photo for aisle length.
• Chuppah or arches. Due to delivery, set up and pick up, these decorations require booking two time periods. All must removed during the time period reserved.
• Unity Candle. You may reserve ours or bring you own. The only exception to our no wax candle policy is a unity candle, which must be used on the altar table. NO floor standing unity candles allowed due to fire code.
• CD or Cassette Player. The chapel sound system does not have the capacity to play pre-recorded music. You must bring your own stereo. If you choose to use a CD or cassette, contact the
Reservations Office at (301) 314-9866
for more information prior to your wedding date.
You Must Provide Someone To:
• Coordinate your wedding and rehearsal.
• Officiate your ceremony and wedding vows.
• Decorate and provide flowers (See guidelines)
• Receive deliveries for your wedding.
• Clear Chapel of all items belonging to your wedding party or guests,
including aisle runner, disposing of trash so that it is not visible during
the next wedding. (This includes clean up even if your guests violate our rules
by throwing anything or dropping flower petals in the aisle.)
NOTE: The Event Manager will note on your rehearsal checklist the names
of those you’ve designated to these responsibilities.
