Wedding Reservation Fees
Below is information regarding the fees associated with reserving Memorial Chapel for a wedding.

In addition, A $50 non-refundable administrative fee is charged to each wedding reservation.
A discount is available for University of Maryland, College Park Affiliates. To qualify for the affiliate discount, the bride or the groom must meet one of the following criteria:
- They are a current full-time student at the University of Maryland College Park
- They are a graduate of the University of Maryland College Park
- They are a current employee of the University of Maryland College Park
- They are the son or daughter of a current employee of the University of Maryland College Park
If the bride or groom do not meet the above criterion, then the General Public rate applies.
Date Changes
Understanding that plans can change, the Memorial Chapel allows couples to change the date and/or time of their wedding once free of charge. Any additional changes require a $50.00 charge per change.
Payment Methods
Payment methods include all major credit cards, checks and money orders. Cash is not accepted. Checks can be made out to the "University of Maryland." Credit card payments can be taken by phone, however checks and money orders must be brought to the Reservations Office in person.
Security Deposit
A valid credit card number is required with each reservation as security for possible damages. Nothing will be charged to the card unless Chapel repairs or extra clean-up is needed following use of the Chapel.
