Changing Your Chapel Reservation:

If you need to change your wedding or rehearsal date and/or time, do not make any changes with anyone until you have checked with us and we can find an acceptable alternative for you.

Cancelling Your Reservation:

At no time will a 100% refund be issued.

If you must cancel your reservation, for which you have paid in full, 50% of your rental fee will be refunded if we receive written notice from you at least six months prior to the month of your wedding date. (For example, if your wedding date is April 15, 2006, you would need to contact the chapel office before October 1, 2005.)  Call us first, then write the letter.  Otherwise, no refund is given.

Furthermore, you should notify all those you had contracted, e.g. clergy, organist, photographer, florist, etc.
